A message pops up: “Amazon just replaced a lot of their workers with robots!”
Another buzz. A friend texts: “Did you see? Are we next?”
I take a deep breath and think: This is serious. It’s a wake-up call! 🚨
We all know that Amazon deployed 750,000 robots recently. With a peak workforce of 1.6 million employees and 750,000 robots, the robots represent approximately 47% of that peak workforce. 🤯
🔥 The Robot Takeover is Real!
Here’s what’s happening with robots and jobs:
- The boss at Amazon says robots will take away many jobs.
- 40 out of 100 companies plan to cut jobs by 2030.
- 1.25 million jobs could disappear by 2029.
- 200,000 banking jobs will go away in the next 3-5 years.
And guess what? A big report from Goldman Sachs says 300 million jobs could be lost because of robots! 😱
I call this the “Freedom Freeze”… when you realize your job might be in danger. It’s scary!
