One of my install teams is standing at the front gate of a federal judge’s private estate in South Carolina. I’m 165 miles away; but I see everything.
The silence isn’t peaceful…it’s engineered.
Because when you lead from a distance, you don’t need a badge to walk into systems.
You need a brain wired for patterns.
A few months prior, I led a Pentagon security install project; remotely.
Me.
The same Pasha Paroh whose Spotify streams don’t match the whispers his name makes in the halls of power.
How did I get here?
And why do so many pretend not to know me now?

A little over 2 years ago, my entire life collapsed.
Not because of failure…or girl problems…
but because of truth.
I stopped trying to be “successful” in the United States…
And started building something else.
📜 America.
The real one.
The one where We The People is more than a tagline.
Let’s be clear:
🔹 I remotely led projects inside the Pentagon, major financial institutions, and the private homes of federal judges.
NO, not “tech support” that was trust…
…from the very system I’m working to redesign.
Because, I had to… To know it’s best to see from the inside out…
🔹 I understand the national labor market well enough to crash it “legally” and revive it in a way that empowers the people, not enslaves them, because the “employer/employee” game is a spell… and I broke it.

🔹 I am DEI. I don’t sell it for grants. I live it for legacy.
And the people who ghosted me because my confidence made them uncomfortable?
They weren’t pushing for peace.
They were pushing for compliance.
💡 KEY TRUTHS:
- Projection is the new prejudice.
People push you away because you remind them they gave up. - Fight was rebranded as “aggression.”
So now, “acceptance” is the new surrender. - If you can’t ask questions, you’re already at war.
It’s just silent. And internal.

My mom used to say,
“Pasha, can you please stop talking and leave me alone?”
She thought I was annoying too, just like you may, after all it wasn’t “safe” for the son of a county government worker to say we need to change the world, because the current one is failing us.
Turns out I was just 10 years ahead of her spiritual growth schedule, and do the calculus of her being 22 years older than me, and I’m 10 years ahead as middle schooler…. And I’m used to the frustration I see in many of faces I talk to today.
Now she just sends silent treatment in bulk, like Costco emails, like many of you.

I was contacted, paid $1500.00 USD, to develop the tone, treatment, and conceptual world for a national campaign, Teresa didn’t steal the idea like some would of, she just decided to omit me in exchange for a softer image so the “So Called Black Man” and he has been trained to be softer, for acceptance.
Anyway, I delivered.
What came next wasn’t a partnership; it was a performance.
Not for impact.
But for clout.
See I create the blueprints.
The kind others turn into revised PDFs or softer PowerPoints.
The kind they later parade as their own.
But what I build isn’t format.
It’s framework.
That’s why I’m not here for revenge.
I’m here for receipts.
And for restoration.

She just didn’t understand what she bought.
